FAQ
Questions We Get Asked Before a Project Starts
If your question isn't here, ask it directly in the Enquiry Form →.
I'm working on something confidential. Would you be happy to sign an NDA?
Yes. We respect our clients' privacy and their right to protect their ideas and information — what you share with us stays confidential. We've worked with a number of high-profile clients under NDA and continue to do so today.
I have a tight deadline. Can you still help me?
Yes. A tight deadline can affect scope and cost, especially if it means working over a weekend or outside normal hours. Tell us your real deadline in the enquiry form and we'll be upfront about what's achievable.
I want to use my presentation on my smartphone or tablet. Do you provide presentations for these devices?
Yes. We can provide instructions to access your presentation on mobile — typically as a PDF you can open from your phone — or a version built to play on mobile devices, provided you have a compatible PowerPoint or Keynote app.
I don't have any images or assets for my presentation — is that a problem?
No. We're experienced at sourcing stock photography to visualise your content, and we maintain our own asset library, or can design something bespoke. We will ask you to provide branding assets — logo, straplines, brand marks — where those are required.
Who is responsible for writing the brief: me or you?
It's a shared process. As part of our working method, we discuss the brief in detail to iron out the finer points and help you get your ideas down for the structure and design — we're not simply waiting for a finished document.
Can you provide animated videos or produce infographics?
Not directly — but we partner with specialist creatives in video and infographic design for clients who need it as part of a larger project.
Do you provide instructions and training on Microsoft PowerPoint or Apple Keynote?
Yes. Every presentation comes with clear instructions where needed — installing custom fonts, setting up the file, troubleshooting. Phone or video-call training is available if you'd like a walkthrough.
Can you build me a template I can reuse for future presentations?
Yes. A reusable template is fully editable with no restriction on how many times you use it, which is reflected in the scope — it comes with a short guide so even a novice user of the presentation software can edit it confidently.
Can you help me write the content for my presentation, speech or pitch?
We generally ask clients to provide the content in their own words, then work with you to sharpen the message and structure. The design always follows the content — our job is making sure it engages your audience and tells a clear story.
I want an animated presentation. Can you provide something more interactive?
Yes, within what PowerPoint and Keynote can actually do — there are real limits to animating text and objects in either program, and we'll always be upfront about what to expect rather than overpromise.
Do you work with other presentation software, such as Prezi?
Not at the moment. We keep an eye on new tools as they emerge, but our focus stays on doing PowerPoint and Keynote work exceptionally well.
Do you create presentations for Microsoft PowerPoint or Apple Keynote?
Both — we don't have a preference between them and are equally experienced in each, so whichever you already use is never a constraint.
How many rounds of revisions are included?
Every scope includes review rounds where feedback is worked through until you're happy with the result — the exact number is confirmed with your quote, since it scales with project size. See our Scope Tiers → for a general sense of what's included at each level.
How is pricing calculated?
By slide count — cover to conclusion, including any charts, icons or infographics. We don't publish fixed prices because every deck's complexity varies; tell us your real slide count in the enquiry form and we'll quote directly against it.
What are your timelines?
Timeline depends on scope, and we'll confirm it as part of your quote. If assets or requirements arrive late or change after we've started, we'll tell you what that does to the delivery date before it becomes a surprise.
Can you send someone to our office to understand the requirements?
We don't offer in-person visits — a call and an exchange of information over email covers what we need. We're good listeners and always open to understanding exactly what you're looking for remotely.
Do you make presentations from scratch?
We need your content as a starting point — we can refine and improve existing material, but we don't originate the underlying content itself. Structuring and designing around what you give us is where we add the value.
