Eligibility

Our services are intended for use by individuals and organisations capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons who are legally incompetent to contract — including undischarged insolvents — may not use this site to engage our services. If you are under 18 but at least 13 years of age, you may use this site only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

License & Site Access

Design My Slides grants you a limited licence to access and make personal use of this site. You may not download (other than standard page caching) or modify this site, or any portion of it, except with our express written consent. This licence does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents; any collection or use of content, descriptions or case studies displayed on the site; any derivative use of this site or its contents; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data-gathering and extraction tools.

This site, or any portion of it, may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express written consent. You may not frame or use framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary content of this site without our express written consent, and you may not use meta-tags or other hidden text using the Design My Slides name or trademarks without our express written consent. Any unauthorised use terminates the permission or licence granted here.

Enquiries & Communication

When you submit an enquiry through this site, you agree to provide accurate and current contact details so we can respond to you and discuss your project. If you opt in to receive updates or newsletters from us, you may unsubscribe at any time by contacting us at hello@designmyslides.com.

Quotes & Engagement

We do not publish fixed prices on this site. Every quote is based on the scope of your project — typically slide count, complexity and timeline — and is confirmed with you directly before any work begins. Prices quoted apply to the engagement as agreed; any change in scope after work has started may affect the price and timeline, and we will tell you before proceeding.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use this site for lawful purposes only, and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while doing so. You will provide authentic and accurate information wherever it is requested of you, and Design My Slides reserves the right to confirm and validate any information you provide. You are responsible for using your own best and prudent judgement before entering into any engagement through this site.

You may not use this site to:

• Disseminate unlawful, harassing, libellous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable material.
• Transmit material that encourages conduct constituting a criminal offence, or that results in civil liability, or that otherwise breaches applicable laws, regulations or codes of practice.
• Gain unauthorised access to other computer systems.
• Interfere with any other person's use or enjoyment of the site.
• Breach any applicable laws, or interfere with or disrupt networks or websites connected to this site.
• Make, transmit or store electronic copies of copyright-protected material without the owner's permission.

Modification of These Terms

Design My Slides may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The current version is always available on this site, and we encourage you to review it periodically. If a modification is not acceptable to you, you should discontinue using this site. Continued use of the site after a change is posted means you accept the modified Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kolkata shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms. Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly, either party may refer it to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time, with an arbitrator appointed by Design My Slides and the arbitration seated in Kolkata. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding on both parties.

Reviews, Feedback & Submissions

Any reviews, comments, feedback, suggestions, ideas or other submissions you disclose or offer to us in connection with your use of this site (collectively, "Comments") become the property of Design My Slides. Submitting Comments constitutes an assignment to us of all worldwide rights, title and interest in any copyright or other intellectual property in them, and we may use, reproduce, modify, publish or distribute them for any purpose without restriction or compensation to you.

We are under no obligation to keep any Comments confidential, to pay you for them, or to respond to them. You agree that any Comments you submit will not infringe any third party's rights, will not be unlawful, threatening, abusive or obscene, will not contain viruses, and will not amount to spam or unsolicited commercial content. You remain solely responsible for the content of your Comments and agree to indemnify Design My Slides against claims arising from anything you submit. We do not routinely review submitted Comments but reserve the right to monitor, edit or remove them.

Copyright & Trademark

Design My Slides and its suppliers and licensors reserve all intellectual property rights in the text, design, technology, content and other materials that appear on this site. Access to this site does not grant you a licence under any of our intellectual property rights, or those of any third party.

All content on this site — including images, text, illustrations, case studies, icons and design work — is intended solely for your personal, non-commercial use in evaluating our services. You may not reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell, or otherwise exploit any content on this site without our express written consent. Our name, logo and related marks are the trademarks of Design My Slides; no licence to use them is granted by your access to this site.

Where this site links to third-party sites, those links are provided as a convenience only and do not imply our endorsement of that third party. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of any third-party site you visit from a link on this site, and you do so at your own risk.

Termination

These Terms remain effective until terminated by you or by Design My Slides. You may stop using this site at any time. We may terminate access to this site at any time, including without notice, without liability to you. On termination, you must promptly destroy any materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this site. Our rights over any Comments you have submitted survive termination, as does any obligation to pay for an engagement already agreed between us.
