A Portfolio That Shows the Evidence, Not Just the Claims.

Your projects already make the case. We design the deck that lets a board, an investor or a prospective client actually see it — project by project, not logo by logo.

The problem

A Slide of Logos Isn't a Portfolio

Most company portfolios end up as a wall of thumbnails — a logo grid, a few screenshots, a line of credentials underneath. It photographs well and proves almost nothing. The person reading it, whether that's a board member deciding on a renewal, an investor sizing up delivery capability, or a prospective client comparing you against two other shortlisted agencies, wants to know what you actually did and what changed because of it. Being associated with a name isn't the same as having delivered for it.

We rebuild each entry as a short case: the brief you were given, the approach you took, and the outcome it produced. Three or four fully-told projects usually outperform twelve half-explained ones, so part of the work is deciding which projects earn a full page and which stay in a summary appendix.

What's typically included

Every Portfolio Deck Covers This Ground

Scope depends on how many projects you're presenting and how much source material exists for each, but the core work is consistent.

Case Structure

  • Brief, approach and outcome framing for each project
  • Guidance on which work to lead with and which to summarise
  • Supporting visuals — screenshots, diagrams or before/after comparisons

Design System

  • One consistent template across every project entry
  • Layout built to scan quickly in a board or pitch setting
  • Your brand identity applied throughout, or a system we design for you

Delivery

  • Fully editable PowerPoint or Keynote source file
  • A review round before the deck goes out
  • Work handled under NDA where projects are confidential

Where it gets used

Built for the Room It's Presented In

An investor sizing up your delivery record before a follow-on round reads a portfolio differently than a board reviewing what a function shipped this year, and both read it differently than a prospective client shortlisting you against competitors. We design the sequencing and level of detail around who's actually in the room — a board pack can go deeper on process and timelines, a pitch deck needs the strongest work up front and the rest held in reserve for questions.
