Corporate Communication

Corporate Presentations You'll Need Again Next Quarter.

Board packs, quarterly updates and town halls aren't a single design job — they're a habit. We build the visual system that keeps every one of them sharp, on-brand and ready on time.

The recurring deck problem

One Deck Is Never Really the Last One

Most corporate presentation work isn't a single event. A board pack goes out before every quarterly meeting. A town hall update needs rebuilding every time there's news to share with staff. Management reviews, stakeholder briefings and internal strategy updates all draw on the same numbers and the same story, presented to different rooms in different ways. Getting one of these decks right is easy enough — the harder problem is keeping the next ten just as sharp, without starting from a blank file every time.

Internal and external audiences also expect different things from the same underlying content. A town hall needs to read clearly from the back of an auditorium; a board pack needs to withstand close scrutiny on a laptop screen. We design for the room the presentation is actually going into, while keeping every version recognisably part of the same corporate identity.

How we work

Built to Be Reused, Not Redesigned from Scratch

The first version of a recurring deck usually gets rebuilt by hand each cycle — new numbers pasted into old layouts, charts redrawn, formatting drifting a little further from the original each time. We start by setting up a master template: slide masters, a consistent chart style, an icon set, a defined colour and type system. After that, most updates become a content refresh rather than a redesign, and stay consistent no matter who on your team is filling them in.

What's typically included

  • Slide structure and layout designed around your content
  • A reusable master template for recurring decks
  • Custom charts, icons and data visualisation
  • Fully editable PowerPoint or Keynote source files
  • Review rounds until the deck is ready to present
